Refund Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please read our refund policy for clarity on subscriptions and setup fees.

1. Setup Fees

The one-time setup fee covers the labor and configuration work performed by our team. Once the setup has been completed and handed over to you, the setup fee is non-refundable.

2. Subscription Packages

If you are not satisfied with the automation service, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. We will not charge you for the following month. However, partial months already paid for are non-refundable.

3. Refunds for Mistakes

If there is a technical error in your setup that we are unable to fix within 7 working days, we will offer a full refund of the most recent month's subscription fee.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team on WhatsApp with your business details and reason for the request.
